Tyler was so excited to hold Betsy .. he was so sweet with her.


















T.J. wasn't too sure what to think of her, but was loving with her. He was afraid she was going to slip out of his hands. So sweet.

The House Adorned !

With much to-do, I was able to get the house decorated for the holidays. I wanted so bad to do this before the baby arrived and mission has been accomplished. T.J. helped a bit while Tyler and Daddy went to the grocery store. We have to decorate our live tree yet - we had a pre-lit tree and it bit the dust this year (worked for 7 years, so that wasn't too bad). We have colored lights this year per T.J.'s request, although, I am partial to the white lights. So, when that is done, I will post.

FYI - Doctor tomorrow at 230pm (12/1) so I'll update when I know more about the baby.

TJ Loses His First Tooth !!!!

After dinner on Friday night, T.J. went upstairs to explore his loose tooth. It's been loose for about a week now. He came downstairs with the tooth in hand. Apparently, he just pulled it out. He said it was sort of icky, but didn't hurt. So funny. The pictures below aren't super - he wasn't too thrilled with me trying to take the picture, however, he was PLEASED to show me the two half dollars the Tooth Fairy left him under his pillow. He put them in his bank to save ... he can't wait for the next tooth to fall out to see what he will get. He's growing up soooo fast! Tyler had to show me his teeth too...what a goofball!

Baby Images !!

This is a baby girl Krause. Her name is still to be decided. This was on November 7, 2008. She is estimated to weigh about 5 lbs 12 oz. This is a little above average at this time, but we still have time. She's measuring about 2 weeks ahead. I have another sonogram on December 1 to check the weight, etc again and we'll go from there. The images are 4D and might be hard to make out, but her face is on the left side of the image...her arm is up under her face and her leg is under that all to the right of the image.

34 weeks along !!! It's going so fast!

This is so not the most flattering picture, but I at least am trying to chronicle this pregnancy with pictures of myself (ugh). I am 34 weeks along and feeling the effects being on the home-stretch. I will have some sonogram pictures after Friday. We hope to get more info of the size of the baby at that point. Before long we'll have our baby girl!

Wonderful Baby Shower

This past weekend, my friend, Sara and 0ther work friends had a baby shower for me. Man, oh man, do I work with some pretty awesome people. I got a lot of very nice things and was very thankful for their graciousness. Above is the diaper cake Sara made! So pretty!
